DURING TRIAL

JURY SELECTION
Identify high risk jurors and those likely to hold attitudes favorable to your case. We offer the expert guidance of a jury consultant from LSS trained to assess plaintiff and defense prone jurors based on their verbal and non-verbal responses and their life experiences. The LSS consultant sits with counsel and makes recommendations real-time.

SHADOW JURIES
A shadow jury is a group of 6 or more jury-eligible participants who sit in the courtroom during all relevant phases of trial. They are instructed, as is the impaneled jury, to pay close attention to case facts and details and to take notes. Then, the shadow jurors are debriefed at the end of the day and asked to judge the case as it unfolds, providing valuable feedback on presentation, comprehension and their inclinations on how the trial should end. LSS consultants then relay this valuable information to you along with strategies to help you clarify, refine and improve your presentation for the next day.
