 POST-VERDICT - JUROR INTERVIEWS
Once a trial is completed, we conduct brief telephone interviews to get their comments and perceptions. We provide you with a written report with their verbatim statements, our analysis of them, and our recommendation for retrying the case, trying companion cases, or trying cases that involve many of the same issues, exhibits, or witnesses. Our methods make jurors feel comfortable talking about the case. We generally rely upon telephone interviews, but in some cases will use other methods. Our interviewers are trained to help jurors articulate their preceptions. (return to Services page) |
