POST-TRIAL JUROR INTERVIEWS
Trained LSS interviewers poll the jurors to gage specific and overall opinions of your case presentation. These can include witness credibility, attorney likeability, case facts and pivotal issues leading to their final verdict. These will help you to prepare for future trials and/or compile relevant data to be used in an appeal. This helps with the preparation of future cases so you don’t make the same mistake twice and to continue doing what does work.
